In order to achieve optimal results, some items require washing and some require drycleaning. We do both. Different fabrics and materials require different cleaning methods to achieve the best clean. For instance, wool requires drycleaning and down duvet inners require commercial washing.
Our cleaning process
After the cleaning, the way we dry your bedding is very important in how luxurious the bedding feels. To achieve the best results we have a special drying process that makes items like duvet inners nice and fluffy - with no clumping.
For other bedding items, it leaves the fabric with a great touch and a clean pleasant smell.
