1. Validity Period

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the original date of purchase. After this time, any unused balance will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

2. Where to Redeem

Vouchers are redeemable at all current Eastern Drycleaners & Tailors store locations.

3. Eligible Services

Gift vouchers can be used on all drycleaning, tailoring, and bridal services offered by Eastern Drycleaners & Tailors.

4. No Cash Value

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, in full or in part.

5. Partial Use & Balances

If the full value of your gift voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain valid until the expiry date.

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Please treat your gift voucher like cash. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and cannot replace or reissue them.

7. Transferability

Gift vouchers are fully transferable and may be used by anyone who presents them, unless specified otherwise.

8. Invalid or Tampered Vouchers

We reserve the right to decline any voucher that has been tampered with, defaced, or appears fraudulent.

9. Fraudulent Use

Any misuse or unauthorised use may result in cancellation of the voucher without refund.

10. Amendments

Eastern Drycleaners & Tailors may update these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
