YOUR WORKPLACE PICKUP AND DELIVERY

It's true.  Just take your cleaning to work and log or phone your call to us. It's that simple.   Call us by 10:30am and your cleaning will be picked up that day, no matter where in Christchurch you are located.    In some areas a call by 12:30 will achieve pickup that day and delivery the following working day.  And you may qualify for our incredibly low corporate rate.   You can't do better.

YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR CORPORATE RATE 

With our workplace pickup and delivery you may also qualify for corporate rate.  To find out more log an enquiry via "contact us" or phone 379 4600 and ask for Kirsty, our operations manager.

 

HOW TO USE OUR WORKPLACE PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE

• Preferably bring your drycleaning to work in a bag.  A plastic supermarket bag is ideal. 
• Fill in our pick-up pad slip, which you should find at your reception, or write your name, floor number etc of a piece of paper and put in the bag with the garments. 
• Payment can be  made on pick-up or delivery, but because our drivers work under pressure we prefer the money to be left in the bag with the pad slip and the garments.
• Leave the bag at reception.  Make sure the receptionist knows. 
• Either ring us or have the receptionist ring us for a pickup, or log a pickup call via the website.

Your call logged  by 10:30am will ensure a pickup that day with delivery the following day. 

 

SAME DAY SERVICE

Same Day Service is available in the central city and Sydenham. You should ring or log your call by 9am, and unless other arrangements have been made you must TELL OUR TELEPHONIST THAT YOU REQUIRE SAME DAY SERVICE.  Same day service is an extra $2.00 per garment.   

Just a reminder that except where other arrangements have been made Same Day Service is available only in the central city and Sydenham and  you need to ring or log your call by 9am.  You must tell us you need Same Day Service.

We recommend using Same Day Service for emergencies only.  Because of the time restrictions it imposes, we can be placed in the position of not being able to do all we would like to do on your garments.  Also, some fabrics are best not done with Same Day Service, and stains like tea, coffee, ink wine etc can involve lengthy treatments.
