Log your call for free workplace pickup

OOPS !! THIS IS A WORRY !!
We have received several reports that, on a spasmodic and irregular basis, your pickup calls are generating an error message and are not getting through to us.
As you can imagine we are in a rather serious panic about this, and are working hard to get it fixed. However, because it is not happening all the time, it is proving difficult to track down.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL

She will log your pickup without a problem.
If you can note the time of your failed attempt to log a pickup for us, we would appreciate that too, as it will help us find out what is happening

Note: Your call before 10:30am will ensure your garments are picked up today and returned the next working day. Drapes and furnishings normally take two days. Same day service costs extra and you need to log your call by 9am. Same day service is normally available in or close to the central city and Sydenham areas only. If you are late or outside these areas and have an emergency we might be able to help. You will need to phone the manager direct on 379-4600
